How to Make Empowered Decisions

Welcome back Graceful Gladiators! Today we are jumping in the arena to discuss how to make decisions that leave us feeling empowered instead of trapped. Tony Robbins teaches that we all have 6 Basic Needs, or values:

  1. Certainty
  2. Variety
  3. Significance
  4. Love/Connection
  5. Growth
  6. Contribution

When I first learned about these values and evaluated them for myself, I was shocked to see that my intrinsic values and the life I was trying to create were not matching up. Without knowing it, I was in a trap of self-sabotage. Listen in and learn how to harness the power of values and even how to recreate your values to support the life, family, and business that you desire!
